STRAWBERRY CHEESE PIE

bahan-bahan:

bahan alas:
75 gram mentega tawar dingin 
¼ sendok teh garam 
1 butir telur ambil kuningnya saja
25 gram gula tepung 
150 gram tepung terigu protein sedang 

bahan isi:
375 gram cream cheese, diamkan dalam suhu ruang, lembutkan
1/8 sendok teh garam 
½ sendok makan kulit jeruk lemon 
115 gram gula pasir halus 
75 gram butir telur 
1 ½ sendok makan tepung terigu protein rendah 
75 gram krim kental 
½ sendok makan air jeruk lemon 

bahan topping:
300 gram stroberi belah dua
65 gram selai stroberi 
3 sendok makan air 

Cara Pengolahan:
  1. Alas: campur mentega tawar dingin, garam, kuning telur, gula tepung, dan tepung terigu. Aduk rata.
  2. Giling tipis adonan. Pipihkan di loyang pie diameter 24 cm dan tinggi 3 cm.
  3. Tusuk – tusuk dengan garpu. Oven 20 menit dengan suhu 170 derajat Celsius sampai setengah matang. Dinginkan.
