Pie Bali Susu


Bahan kulit:
250 gr terigu
200 gr mentega
serbuk vanila
1 butir telur

Cara membuat kulit:
1. Campur semua bahan, aduk dengan tangan hingga adonan tidak lengket diwadah.
2. Gunakan adonan untuk melapisi bagian dalam dan sisi loyang, sisihkan. Setelah matang, kulit ini akan jadi base kue nya.

Bahan isi:
400 gr susu kental manis putih, atau 1 kaleng susu kental manis putih
4 sdm tepung maizena
serbuk vanila
4 butir telur
400 gr air, atau sesuai takaran kaleng susu

Cara membuat:
1. Campurkan susu, tepung maizena dan serbuk vanila. Aduk dengan spatula hingga tercampur rata.
2. Masukkan telur satu per satu sambil di aduk agar tercampur rata.
3. Masukkan air, aduk rata.
4. Tuang adonan isi kedalam loyang yang sudah dilapisi adonan kulit.
5. Panggang dalam oven kira-kira selama 60 menit dengan suhu 170 derajat.
